Participant Feedback to NDIS Registration Auditor- June 2026
• I can mail her or call and she responds quickly, Steph really helped organise services,
• I find Steph great, we work really well together
• She gets what [participant] needs, she does a lot of research on allied health, support workers, care services that will be a good fit for [participant]
• She is great at finding out relevant information, distance for travel, she takes all of that on board, she sends photos of providers to find out who is the best fit for [participant].
• If I’ve got questions she always helps me out.
• She advises me about what's funded and what's not funded and always links services back to [participant] goals.
• She’s a great communicator; she took some leave but was still available via email.
• We came to Steph from another coordinator we weren’t happy with and Steph is so much better.
• Steph- she is a good communicator; she has good ideas on how to maximise her plan and save money. She also helps us decide what practitioners are needed and what are not, having 2 kids on the NDIS it can get overwhelming to understand what we can do and what we can’t.
• Steph has identified sporting activities that are accessible,
• Was given a service agreement and all fees and charges were explained to me.
• Steph is great, she knows what providers are good and identifies the best fit for my children.
• We are currently on the third OT, Steph keeps working with us to get the providers for my kids,
• She is great at getting the reports we need for reviews, we have 7-8 therapists involved with our family and she coordinates all of that
• She is very responsive and deals with my queries quickly, she does a lot of research for me.
